I attended the Nintendo 3DS Summit in Seattle (Redmond to be exact) a few weeks ago, along with other Nintendo Ambassador’s from around the country. I said good bye to my hubbie & kids and went on an all expense paid vacation to Nintendo Headquarters Aww yeaa!!

My gorgeous room at the Hyatt Bellevue
First thing unpack my Scentsy!!
That evening we had a welcome reception downstairs at the Twisted Cork.
It was cool mingling w/ the other ambassadors. A majority of them were bloggers & tweeters etc. It was really neat to hear them talking about blogging, twitter etc.
The next day we went to Nintendo Headquarters. The president and COO of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aime welcomed us and thanked us for our support. He talked about the new features of the 3DS and took questions. We got to see the developers and they got to see us oohing & aahing the games & new 3DS . Then we got broken up into groups I was in Toad & we went on a grand tour!
The characters are represented all throughout the building. The bathrooms signs were Mario & Princess Peach too cute!
We got to see the executive floor paying homage to The legend of Zelda .Their old school arcade museum, awards (Hello Emmy!) statues & cool wall time line of character development through the years. The licensing dept & we got to shop in the Nintendo store! It was a blast.
We spent the entire day there and it was fantastic.
Can u spot me in the crowd?? Top left by the gal in yellow
That evening we met up for a mixer. Then broke off into groups again for dinner.
My group went to Anthony’s Pier 66
The visit was a ton of fun. When I got home my kids were soo excited to hear all about it… well after they played the 3DS
